Systems
Q-Tec has a
portfolio of MIS solutions which can be easily adapted to fit
the needs of your organisation. All have been developed
using the MS Access platform. These range from Personnel
systems through to Project and Contract management, Fund
Management and Training and Development. However
should you require something slightly different, we can
assist from needs identification through to development and
implementation.
Below is a list
of the Systems within our Portfolio together with a brief on
what functionality offered:
Project and
Contract Management: A complete bidding and project
management solution. This system records contracts you
have tendered for and associated outcome. For contracts
won, it captures and records delivery against expert, by
date and description. Its reporting facility can provide
management with details on contract progress, performance
and will help identify where changes need to be made.
This solution is ideal for companies that are involved in
the delivery of multiple contracts
simultaneously.
Personnel
Management: A one stop container of
information relating to employee records within the
company. Detailing such information as Contact details,
start dates etc, through to timesheets recorded by day,
week, month, Training and Development record, Sickness
Record etc. Each employee has a single screen showing
summaries of all the above. From within this screen the
user may click to bring up the detailed analysis. Also
containing links to individual contracts of employment
and Job Descriptions. Reporting functionality offers the
user reports by staff member, department, by date and by
course. Essential for any busy HR department or Staff
member currently responsible for HR.
Funds
Management: If you are involved in the
management and distribution of Government or European
Funding this system captures information from appraisal
and decision on Applications through to their inception.
Thereafter it records the project claiming process
together with associated monitoring assessments, project
performance and outcomes. A more specialist application
suitable for Funding Bodies. Although designed for
European Funding, the model can be easily adapted for
other means.
Service or Client
Management: Ideal for companies that currently
have a database of customers with services being
delivered on a regular basis, perhaps by multiple staff.
. This system provides user the facility to log
interactions against clients by date and staff member
centrally. All client reps can then get access to an up
to date log of events. This is useful if ultimately
invoicing for services provided, or where teams of people
may be working with an individual client.. Also offers
management with responsibility for overseeing service
delivery access to summarised data and reports when
needed.
Mail
Logging: As the name suggests a simple but
effective system to log all incoming mail. Who it was
from, who it was for, when it arrived
etc.
Bespoke
Developments: The above list details 'ready
made' systems which we have developed over the years.
